The CHARTER OF SERVICES is a transparent tool for communication between users/clients of the services and facilities and the Entity providing the service.
Another of its aims is to help the organisation develop, in order to:
- safeguard the rights of users
- support the image of the Entity by describing the services offered
- encourage the active participation of users, with a view to improving the quality and quantity of services offered
The CHARTER OF SERVICES is a tool designed to guarantee transparency as regards operations and the management of human and financial resources, providing the community with the necessary means to make full use of the services provided by the Entity and thus forming a sort of contract between the Sisifo Consortium and its users-clients, aimed at defining the rights and obligations of each towards the other.
